About

Steele Venters is the kind of shooter who makes defenses pay attention as soon as he steps on the court. The 6’7 wing was named Big Sky Player of the Year at Eastern Washington, scoring over 15 points per game and making quick, confident three-pointers. After working hard to come back from two injuries, Venters returns with even more drive and focus. He finds open space, helps his teammates get good shots, and can change the momentum of a game with one basket. Spokane fans have been waiting to see him play, and ICCU is honored to share in the journey as Venters brings his outside shooting and excitement to Gonzaga.
