The Member Contact Center, or MCC, is often the first place our team members start out in to gain credit union knowledge and learn what sets ICCU apart from other financial institutions. The MCC is the first point of contact when people call or chat in, and is responsible for establishing positive relationships with each member. Agents help our members with a variety of questions, from difficulties logging in to their online banking to questions about their business accounts. These agents deliver world-class service while showing empathy, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Idaho Central is known for its culture and the MCC is no different! Teams in the MCC usually consist of 12-15 people. Team meetings are held daily to handle credit union tasks and discuss current promotions. Keeping up team members’ engagement is a top priority! We strive for agents to work cohesively and feel a sense of belonging with their team. That’s why it’s important for teams within the MCC to create bonds and have fun through various team building activities, spirit weeks, and parties celebrating individual and company successes.

Aidan Dyer is one team member who began as a Member Contact Center Agent in 2018 before moving to another department and then back to the MCC as a supervisor. He got his base knowledge of products and services in the call center before discovering an interest in recruiting. After getting a position in the Recruiting department for almost two years, an opportunity to go back to the Member Contact Center as a supervisor arose and he jumped!
