Zeryhia Aokuso plays with speed, strength, and a jump shot that can stop an opponent’s run. The 5’10 guard started her college career by winning WCC Freshman of the Year at Saint Mary’s and has kept improving at Gonzaga, adding more passing and shooting to her game. She averages over 10 points per game, reached 3.5 assists last season, and keeps getting better from three-point range. Aokuso drives through defenses, makes smart passes to open teammates, and works hard on both offense and defense. Her confidence lifts the whole team.
