ICCU Rathdrum Branch Magicycle Ocelot Pro Ebikes® Giveaway Official Rules

How to Enter:

To enter the ICCU Rathdrum branch Magicycle Ocelot Pro Ebikes® giveaway, entrants must complete an entry form available at the Rathdrum branch. Or, entrants may print their name, home address, resident county, email address, and phone number on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it to: ICCU, Marketing Department Attention: Rathdrum branch Sweepstakes Giveaway, PO Box 2469, Pocatello, ID 83206. Only one entry per stamped envelope mailed to ICCU is eligible for the contest. Limit one entry per person. By entering you agree to receive marketing materials from ICCU. Entry form submissions are limited to one per person. All entry form fields must be completed in order to win.

Available at ICCU’s Rathdrum branch location: 6842 W Heritage Dr, Rathdrum, ID 83858, until September 30, 2026.

Selection of Prize Winner:

ICCU will randomly select a winner from the pool of eligible entries. The winner will be notified by Friday, October 16, 2026.

Eligibility:

Eligible participants must be 18 years of age or older, must be legal residents of the States of ID, WA, OR, or AZ and must possess a valid government-issued driver’s license or other form of photo identification, such as a state-issued ID Card or passport.

Employees, volunteers and suppliers of ICCU, including members of their immediate family, are not eligible to participate. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

The Prize consists of one pair of Magicycle Ocelot Pro Ebikes®.¹ The winner must be able to satisfy all vehicle title and registration laws and requirements and be able to obtain and maintain automobile liability insurance with minimum coverage limits as may be required by their state of vehicle registration. Approximate value of Prize is $3,017.80.

No purchase is necessary. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decisions of ICCU are final. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification at the sole discretion of ICCU. ICCU is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind related to or resulting from use of the vehicle. By participating in the contest or accepting a prize, participants agree that ICCU may use his/her name, voice and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon ICCU request, all participants will provide consent to such use, in writing. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless ICCU from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. All taxes on or arising out of the prize awards are the sole responsibility of the winner and ICCU will issue the winner a 1099 IRS tax form for the value of the prize as stated in these Contest Rules and the winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. ICCU is not responsible for lost, stolen, mutilated, destroyed, mis-delivered, illegible, incomplete or untimely entries. ICCU is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize. ICCU reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical or other failures of any sort. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Sponsors. A credit union membership will not increase your chances of winning.

Prize is limited solely to the item explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses, incidentals, taxes or other costs that may arise out of the winner’s acceptance and use of the prize. Contest prize is not transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash; provided, however, that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
