20-year naming-rights agreement will establish ICCU Mosaic Quarter ahead of the complex’s 2027 opening
TUCSON, Ariz. — Mosaic Quarter and ICCU today announced a naming-rights partnership, furthering their shared commitment to creating new opportunities and enriching community life for Southern Arizona families.
Under the 20-year agreement, the 90-acre sports and entertainment complex will be known as ICCU Mosaic Quarter, with MQ Iceplex becoming ICCU Iceplex and MQ Field House becoming ICCU Field House. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The partnership brings together two organizations built around the same value: that an organization’s strength comes from the people it serves. ICCU has made supporting local organizations and expanding opportunities for families central to how it serves each community, including Tucson.
ICCU is a credit union that entered the Tucson market in 2025 through its merger with Tucson Old Pueblo Credit Union. As part of its investment in the market, ICCU has maintained both local branches and is exploring opportunities to add more locations across the Tucson area, expanding in-person access alongside its digital banking tools and broader range of financial products and services.

Mosaic Quarter’s three planned ice rinks will expand local capacity in a community where growing youth hockey programs currently share one seasonal sheet and often travel to other Arizona cities for additional ice time.
“We see Mosaic Quarter giving Southern Arizona families greater year-round access to sports, recreation and community programming, including facilities and activities that have not previously been available locally, and we look forward to engaging with the community in this incredible space,” said Jeff Dunlap, ICCU Community Development Market Manager.
In the months ahead, both organizations will roll out the new ICCU branding across the Mosaic Quarter campus, website, and social channels, with the transition continuing in phases through the 2027 opening. The partnership will introduce the ICCU-MQ Community Cares Festival, an annual weekend of sports and entertainment programming each spring. Additional details on the inaugural festival will be shared closer to the date.
For Mosaic Quarter’s leadership, the appeal of the partnership goes beyond the signage that will greet visitors at the gates.

Both organizations said the partnership is intended to grow well beyond a name on a building. Additional details on joint community programming, including the upcoming ICCU-MQ Community Cares Festival, will be shared closer to the ICCU Mosaic Quarter opening in 2027.

Mosaic Quarter’s future phases will include MQ Stadium, MQ Sportsplex, MQ Pavilion, hotels and additional entertainment venues, extending Mosaic Quarter as a home for athletes, families, and community programming.
