What does this benefit provide?

Do I have to pay extra for this service?
The benefit provides up to $100 toward your service. Members are responsible for any expense in excess of $100 as well as the cost of any emergency fuel or other fluid at the time of service.
Can I use my own service provider for a tow and call them directly for assistance?
No, you would need to call the 800# provided on your program site and provide your assigned Access Code to the agent.
How many times can I use this service? I have 3 cars in my family.
Any vehicle owned by the Member can obtain the service but only two occurrences per account are available in a 12-month period.
How do I get someone to help me?
Call 800-528-6298 and provide your Access Code.
Is this service only available in the United States?
Service is available in all fifty (50) United States plus the District of Columbia, Canada and Puerto Rico.
