ICCU CEO Kent Orem cuts grand opening ribbon for the new ISU Learning Center

Idaho Central Credit Union is proud to have made contributions to fund state-of-the-art learning classrooms at Idaho State University’s Business Administration Building.  The Idaho Central Credit Union Learning Center and Technology Teaching Centers have advanced capabilities for ISU students.

The ICCU Learning Center will function as a distance-learning classroom to allow live classes to be broadcast to other distance-learning facilities across the state.  In addition, the equipment will permit classes to be streamed live so that students studying online can remotely access classes and participate in live discussions.

The Technology, Teaching and Learning Center allows students to work in an open space equipped with six custom tables seating six students each.  Tables are equipped with a docking station compatible with any laptop and allow for network connectivity, and connectivity to one of two projectors and screens.  This area also has a podium set up for students to use as needed and enables lecturing and learning to be comfortable as well as professional.
