Dear Members,

At Idaho Central Credit Union, the safety and well-being of our members and team members is a primary concern. Our mission is to help our members achieve financial success and we focus ourselves in that regard during every encounter. We understand there is uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and wish to provide the following information.

ICCU is monitoring the situation closely and will make adjustments as necessary. Please remember the following options are available to all members to help you monitor your accounts, make transactions, apply for a loan, or to simply contact a trained ICCU representative with any questions.

Speak with an ICCU representative face-to-face without the need to come to a branch and with extended hours.

Remember, you can use your ICCU debit card to receive cash back at most Point of Sale (POS) locations. For your convenience, you may also use contact-less purchase options with Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay®, Google Pay™, Fitbit Pay™, or Garmin Pay™.

We encourage all members to be diligent at monitoring your accounts and be mindful of the phishing scams and scare tactics that arise in these situations with the goal of obtaining your personal account information. If you receive an email or text that appears suspicious, please contact ICCU.
