Spending Tracker

Spending Tracker helps you see where your money is going each month. Use it to review spending by category, look at patterns over time, and get a clearer view of your monthly activity.

Track Spending by Category

Use the Spending view to review your spending month to month, broken down by category. Select a month to review the transactions for that period.

You can also switch between all accounts and a specific account if you want a more focused view. This makes it easier to understand your spending patterns at a glance.

To see the transactions behind a category, select the category from the chart. You’ll be able to review the total amount spent and the transactions included in that category.

Edit Categories and Organize Transactions

If a transaction is in the wrong category, you can update it. Choose the transaction, select a main category and subcategory, and save your changes.

You can also update multiple transactions at once with bulk edit tools. This is helpful when several transactions belong in the same category and you want to clean them up quickly.

You can create your own subcategories to organize spending in more detail. For example, instead of using a broad category like shopping, you may want to create a more specific subcategory so your budget is easier to follow.

Transaction category customization is not available for business accounts at this time.

Savings Goals

Savings Goals helps you set clear savings targets and track your progress in eBranch. Whether you are saving for one goal or several, you can keep them organized in one place.

You can create multiple savings goals within a single savings account, which makes it easier to save for more than one priority at a time.

Set Up a Savings Goal

To create a goal, open the Savings Goals view, select the plus sign, choose the savings account you want to use, pick a category, add your goal details, and create the goal.

You can set up alerts to help track your progress over time.

Keep Your Goals in View

Savings Goals gives you a simple way to stay focused on the things you are planning for. By keeping your goals connected to your savings account inside eBranch, you can track progress the same way you monitor your day-to-day account activity.
