Interest on Lawyer Trust Account (IOLTA) is a program established by the Idaho Law Foundation, Inc. (ILF) and Idaho State Bar to gather interest on general client trust funds. The interest is pooled together and remitted to the Idaho Law Foundation to be used for law related charitable programs.
