Manage eBranch Account Settings

You can view your email addresses in eBranch, but you’ll need to contact ICCU to add or change them. For your protection, email address changes are not available directly in online banking.

Update Your Email Address

You can view your email addresses in eBranch, but you’ll need to contact ICCU to add or change them. For your protection, email address changes are not available directly in online banking.

View Your Email Address

To view your email addresses, sign into eBranch, click the person icon, and go to Settings > Contact.


You can update your phone number in eBranch on mobile or desktop.

  1. Sign into eBranch
  2. Click the person icon
  3. Go to Settings > Contact
  4. Select the phone number you want to change on mobile, or click the pencil icon next to the phone number on desktop
  5. Make changes and save
  6. A required SMS or voice MFA prompt may apply.

You can update your physical address in eBranch on mobile or desktop.

  1. Sign into eBranch
  2. Click the person icon
  3. Go to Settings > Contact
  4. Select the address on mobile, or click the pencil icon next to the address on desktop
  5. Make changes. Use Address Line 2 only for additional physical address details. If you need to change your mailing address, contact ICCU directly.
  6. Save
  7. A required SMS or voice MFA prompt may apply.

Contact ICCU to Update Your Mailing Address

If your mailing address is different from your physical address, please contact ICCU to make changes.


You can choose whether certain accounts appear in eBranch.  

To hide or unhide an account: 

  1. Sign into eBranch
  2. Click the person icon
  3. Go to Settings > Accounts
  4. Select the account on mobile, or click the pencil icon next to the account on desktop
  5. Check or uncheck Hide This Account
  6. Save 

Hidden accounts will not appear on the dashboard or in transfers, but any scheduled transfers will still process. Your transaction history is also preserved, so if you decide to unhide an account later, all of your data will still be there.


eBranch is available in English and Spanish.

On desktop, eBranch will automatically detect your browser’s language setting and load in English or Spanish accordingly. If eBranch does not load in Spanish after changing your browser language, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and reloading the page. You can also switch between languages manually using the language toggle in the top left corner of the eBranch screen.

On the ICCU Mobile App, the app will detect your device’s language setting and load in English or Spanish based on that preference. To use eBranch in Spanish on mobile, set Spanish as the preferred language in your device settings.nsfers will still process. Your transaction history is also preserved, so if you decide to unhide an account later, all of your data will still be there.


Snapshot is a feature in the ICCU Mobile App that lets you quickly view selected account balances and recent transactions without fully logging in. It’s a convenient way to get a fast look at your accounts from your phone’s home screen or lock screen.

Snapshot is only available through the ICCU Mobile App. To turn it on or off:

  1. Sign into the ICCU mobile app
  2. Click the person icon
  3. Go to Settings > Snapshot
  4. Toggle Use Snapshot on or off

When updating important account settings, you may be asked to complete a security step such as multi-factor authentication (MFA). Using MFA and a strong password are two of the simplest ways to better protect your eBranch access.
