Important eBranch Notice

Scheduled maintenance to Personal and Business eBranch will begin Saturday, August 30, 2025, and is expected to last 24-48 hours. During this time, eBranch Mobile and Online Banking will be unavailable.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience. If you have any questions, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

ICCU will never call to ask for your account number, Social Security number, login info, or card details. If a call seems suspicious, hang up and call ICCU using a verified number, like ICCU’s official contact. Visit the ICCU Security Center for tips, tools, and other resources.

Why is this maintenance happening?

This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to improve system performance, security, and reliability.

Will I still be able to access my account(s)?

You will not be able to access your account(s) in eBranch Mobile or Online Banking during the scheduled maintenance. You will still be able to use your debit and credit cards, and you may access your account(s) at an ATM.

Will my scheduled transfers and payments still go through?

Any transfers or payments scheduled before the maintenance window should process as expected. New transfers or payments cannot be initiated during the scheduled maintenance.

Will my debit or credit card still work during the scheduled maintenance?

Yes, your cards will continue to work for purchases, ATM withdrawals, and other transactions as usual.
