ICCU VideoChat is available to use on iOS (Apple) and Android mobile devices. See mobile instructions below.
VideoChat is also available on a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam. See desktop instructions below.
VideoChat on Your Mobile Device
01Start the ICCU VideoChat app. This app is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
For IOs users, this feature is also available in your ICCU Mobile App.
02Tap “Video Call.” Enter your name and email address and check “Agree.” Tap “select team to video call.”
03If a Service Agent is available, select “Start Video Call” to initiate a call. Service Agents are available Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm Mountain Time. Your Service Agent is happy to help you apply for a loan, open an account, send wire transfers, or answer questions about your account. After the call, please fill out the service survey about your experience.
VideoChat on Your Laptop or Desktop Computer
01Click the button to start the online video chat. You will need a functioning webcam and microphone.
02Enter your name and email address, check “Agree,” and hit “Next.” Make sure your camera and audio is working correctly. Click “Next.”
03If a Service Agent is available, select “Video Call Team” to initiate a call. Service Agents are available Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm Mountain Time. Your Service Agent is happy to help you apply for a loan, open an account, send wire transfers, or answer questions about your account.
